Creating the Experience of a Magazine Cover at Kora, Qawra

We were thrilled when the founder of AI Match approached us about helping to build an interactive experience for their first event in Malta.  The event took place at the freshly renovated location Kora restaurant in Qawra, which has chic indoor and outdoor areas, a gorgeous pool area and spectacular sea views.

The requirement was simple. Create something special that will entice visitors to engage, network and leave with a customized memento. Rather than offer a traditional photo booth experience, we wanted to deliver something that captured the event’s inventive spirit. That’s where our magazine photo booth came in.

For AI Match Sessions, each guest created their own magazine cover, turning them into cover stars.

How We Used Our AI Photo Booth To Create Stylized Corporate Portraits

We wanted every element of the event to support the artificial intelligence idea.

We took our AI based photo booth technology and combined it with the custom magazine cover design to produce very stylized editorial portraits. Guests were given the option to create dramatic studio-inspired AI portraits that looked more like a professional magazine photoshoot or a regular studio lit portrait.

To ensure that every portrait fit the premium journalistic style and maintained a consistent visual identity across all guests, we created a unique AI prompt specifically for the event.

Visitors could see their own transformation occur in seconds before walking away with their personalized magazine cover featuring their image on the cover!

The booth was busy the entire evening with most guests opting to try both the regular portrait and then the aI portrait.
